upcoming: Music returns on Sunday, July 26 with an afternoon performance by The LH Express. Afternoon Light with LH Express features soaring guitars, deep blues grooves, and a soulful summer concert filled with energy, musicianship, spirit and heart. Beginning in July, Our Lady of Light will also open again for regular Saturday hours (1-4 pm), inviting visitors to stop in, experience the space, and enjoy this season’s installations at their own pace.

past: on Saturday, July 4th, we hosted our first Rural Mural Brush Bash, led by guest artist Sasha Jimenez French (birdgirl arts). Community members gathered to create mural panels inspired by the places and landscapes that define our corner of the Outaouais. These works will be installed at notable community gathering places and landmarks along and near Route 315, helping create a cultural circuit that reflects the rural character of the region and, we hope, sheds a little light on our unique community spirit.
